Do you guys know what a black swan is? For people who don’t know, I will explain. Literally, a black swan is a swan, but it means that the feather color is black. Black swans are so rare that people consider them very valuable. But in the latest news, it was said that a black swan was found in a pond in Westbury, Wiltshire, England. This news brought lots of excitement to people-until the truth was revealed. The “black swan” was actually a normal swan with its feathers dyed with Printer black toner waste some factory secretly threw away in the lake.
When I read this news, I was sad and angry at the same time. I was sad for animals living in those polluted lakes, and was furious at those
companies who threw trash away in the lakes. If we people try harder to save the environment, we might actually see a real black swan in a lake!
I want to see one....
(Sorry, but at first, I thought a black swan was a swan make of oil and coal thrown away)
Nice blog post!!
