A girl in our apartment who is causing pros and cons at once

There is a girl living in our apartment, she lives 3 floors below us. She was just a ordinary human like ordinary humans(?), and she is younger than me.

I don't know her name, but maybe 1/3 people in our apartment knows her.

She has something to do with cats. Does she have a cat? I don't know. Maybe she does, but if she does, that cat must be really jealous of the street cats who live in our apartment. She totally LOVES the cats in our apartment. What's the problem with that? Well, liking cats are okay, I do too. But, every day she comes out with cat food and cat fishing rod toys.

She gives food to the cats and plays with them. First, the cats were really aware of her. But, later on, the cats ran to her when she came out! I was so astounded because ordinary street cats run away when people come. But, I saw the cats loved her. Now, when people pass, the cats have a face like, "I'm sleepy..." or "Hi human Bye human"

The cats don't really cares about humans now, so they do, umm... unexpected things??

Like...

Lying annoyed on a block while Louis playfully sniffed the ground not noticing the cat

Or...

Sleeping on a car and just stared at me sleepily when I stared at it surprised,

Or...

Lie in the road,

Or...

Wail saying "HEY YOU COME OUT"

HELP MY LIFE IS FULL OF CATS

I can't believe a little girl can make so much differences. It is good for the cats because they can't starve. I actually feel like the cats are turning skinny to plump every week.

But, I felt a bit wrong about it, and searched it on YouTube.

But, the thing the girl was doing is TOTALLY WRONG.

If she gave food, there is nothing wrong to give it a bit far away from the cat. But playing with it?? WRONG.

If people keep feeding the cats, the cats will forget how to hunt if it goes for a long time, and if the food giving person is gone, they will starve because they forgot how to hunt.

Also, some people hate the cats living in the apartment so openly.

People might hate cats living in their apartment.

Also, as I mentioned before, I think the car owner might be very angry that a cat slept on his/her car. ToT
