When I was in the USA, my mother took me to Universal Studio. We spent a whole week there, at the hotel. And obviously, we had so much fun trying almost every ride in there. But the main thing that made me excited was the Harry Potter Diagon Alley. There were lots of people in there, looking around and waiting in line. The most popular ride there was called 'Hagrid's motorcycle ride. We had to wait almost 5 hours to get to ride at that time. So we half gave up the ride at first, but on our last day at Universal Studio, mom saw that we had to wait 4 hours for the ride that time. We didn't know if it was a good thing or a bad thing but decided to try it as it was the last day.
We got in line and I think there were about more than six hundred people in front of us. AND it rained while we were waiting in line. It was lucky as we had a hat when other people were not having those either and were screaming for an umbrella.
For the first two hours, I was bullying my sister because I was so bored. But I soon ran out of energy to even do that while waiting for 3 hours. And for the last two hours, I was just standing there, not even knowing what the heck I was doing there.
But when it was finally our turn to ride the motorcycle, I was so excited. But everyone knows that fun is not forever. The whole motorcycle roller was fun and all, but it lasted for about 30 seconds.
I don't regret it, but I can't help laughing about how much I was dumb because it feels like I've traded my four hours to thirty seconds.
To be honest, I'd rather just buy a motorcycle and ride it rather then waiting for four hours in the rain.
Oh, I went there too! Where did you go exactly? I went to Universal Studios in Los Angeles.
