It's really hot these days, right? And they say that the best way to cool off the heat is "Eating ice cream". Today, I will share a recipe to make an ice cream at HOME.
Ingredients
milk 200ml
ice cubes 550g~600g
salt 60g~80g
a spoon to stir
two stainless bowl
cocoa powder (Just to decide the flavor! You can use other ingredients!)
Step 1
Put the ice cubes in a stainless bowl.
Step 2
Put some salt on the ice.
Step 3
Put another stainless bowl on it, and pour some milk in.
Step 4
Put cocoa powder in the milk. Then start stirring with all your might!
Step 5
If you see froth in milk, you're doing it right! Few minutes later, you'll feel the milk gradually freezing. Now you can take out the ice cream!
Step 6
Get your ice cream decorated with some topi(mini fruits or bread crumbs), then EAT!!!!
Mixing ice and salt results in an endothermic reaction. An endothermic reaction refers to ''absorbing surrounding heat''. It is said that the temperature decreases to -21 degrees as ice and salt absorb surrounding heat. With this principle, milk slowly begins to freeze.
Maybe you think that this is a waste of time, since you can just buy at supermarket. But when it comes to the taste and a sense of achievement, this worth trying.
