Time goes fast, and it’s time for the Tokyo Olympics.
I didn’t know when we were going to do the Olympics, just hearing the news of the Olympics being postponed every while. And here it is, finally, the Olympics have begun.
I knew the Olympics had begun because my family was watching it when I came home from the academy. They were looking at the fencing, which they lost after 2 minutes. I was so sad because it was just a small point, and sad for the athlete because he would have practiced more than 4 years, and he had to come home because he lost.
Now, our TV was showing a shooting, in which a 17-year-old and a 20-year-old man and woman were having a game. I was so surprised that a 17-year-old had been picked as a national athlete and was more shocked that there was only 1 year with my big sister and the athlete. My sisters were saying they would win and my parents were saying, they don't really know, so our family was split by 3:2 of 3 think they would win, and 2 thinking they would lose. Thankfully, the 2 athletes did a great job and made a good score. It was our country’s first gold medal won by the youngest people. And, I am seeing on to the next game, Soccer which is going to start at 7:30 pm.
The Tokyo Olympics have now started and it has a lot of issues: first, we have the athlete's bedroom ceiling very low. Also, the bed is made out of paper. I think it is a good chance to say, The Republic of Korea’s Olympics didn’t have any issues, whereas the Tokyo Olympics has everyday issues. Now, I heard that Japan criticized us for having no manners by bringing food from Korea and not eating Japan’s food. And now America had presented that they had done the same thing too, while Japan didn’t even say anything. I really feel, our athletes should win Japan athletes: to directly say about how our country has developed over years.
And we are not the same country they had ruled.
Korea's archery is really good!
