Real vs. Zoom

The day before yesterday was the first time I saw all of the class in real, offline. And I barely reconized any of you in masks or your actual height, so I decided that was something blog-worthy.

In zoom, Violet has white skin and shiny walls. I have seen too much of Violet's shiny walls I cannot remeber how she looks like in zoom. But I remember her as kind-of-not-tall because she had a cute voice and her camera was pointing to the ceiling, so I could only look at her shiny walls, which made Violet look not-so-tall in height. But before I saw her in class, we met at the elevator and I thought 'she looks like Violet' but I didn't say hi because I might be wrong and it is going to get very awkward. And she didn't seem to reconize me so I kept quiet untill we got to 5th floor. But at last I was sure it was her when I saw her in the class, and I couldn't tell if I was suprised or not. Violet was as tall as me, or maybe even taller. So half of the class my brain was refusing to believe it was Violet.

So away from differences, I found Lauren most similar to actual zoom. My brain told me she would be really tall, and she was true for once.
