(I kind of got the idea from Eugene, but instead writing ‘as’ at the front all the time, mine is JUST a poem, so I will boldface the similes)
(This is about the book, ‘the giver’, a future novel of PEAI.)
A world full of-
No colors
No books
and no pain
Why does it all matter
When there aren’t dreams
There aren’t any hope
And there isn't any love?
A person so smart as a genius
A person so fast as lightning
A person who is full with love
They are all just like a piece of trash.
What can a memory give to us?
So much happiness
So much joy
So much glee
But so much pain
A world full of memory
Full of hope
Full of life
Full of love,
And a world full of grayness
Full of dark
Full of obedience
But with no pain
What will be better
Between a world
Of color
Or of no pain?
A journey
With hope
With ambition
With desire
Will that be
A wise decision
Will that be
A road for future?
