Do you guys like listening to music? I do. I prefer listening to music when I feel depressed. It’s really helpful to control my emotions. Here’s some recommendation of music and songs for you:
1. Exciting Music: I can't help but get excited when I listen to this kind of song. It makes me feel better when I am in a low-tension mood.
-ex. Marvel OSTs : “Come and Get Your Love” by Red Bone in <Guardians of Galaxy Vol.1>, “Immigrant Song” by Led Zeppelin in <Thor: Ragnarok> (Since the songs are all the background music of action-movies, it makes my adrenaline increase!)
2. Sentimental Music: You know, sometimes we want to be in a sentimental mood; especially in puberty. Here’s some music that will make your eyes watery:

3. Cheerful Music: Cheerful songs might be helpful for sports players before a match. It helps them to participate in the game harder.
