7 years on an Island

Hi! I'm Chaewon!!! I've read a book called ' 7 years on an Island '. It's about a guy named David who leaves his house to go on a voyage with his friend. But the ship met big trouble. A storm came, so David was stuck alone in a deserted island. So he decided to build a house to live in, until people come to rescue him. He got some branches and leaves to build a house. He also found some fruits to eat and survive. Then, he began to build a road. It took him a couple of days. Later, he met Harry. Harry was a cute little monkey. David and Harry lived together. David built a small bed for Harry in his house. Together, they built a road. But one day, when David woke up, Harry was gone. David thought that he went to get more fruit. But after hours past, Harry still didn't come back. David began to get worried. So he looked everywhere in the island, but Harry was no where to be found. That night, David couldn't sleep. He cried and cried and cried. He kept crying until Harry appeared in front of his house. David was very very happy. After that day, 7 years past. David was sure that his parents missed him. So he made a big decision to leave the island. It was very hard since he had to leave all the things he made, and even bigger, Harry. So he decided to take Harry with him. Finally, the ship was ready. They left the island and sailed to David's hometown. When they arrived home, David showed his parents Harry. His parents said Harry was really cute and adored him. Together, they all lived happily.
