Hello everyone, and I am here again to write a book that I read, which is named Earth-Shattering Earthquakes. It is a book about earthquakes, and it is really fun. There are many types to measure the earthquake's power: The Modified Mercalli Scale, The Richter Scale, and The Moment Magnitude scale. The Modified Mercalli scale is measured from 0 to 12. 0 means that nobody can feel anything. 12, which is very rare, means that nearly everything in the region will get demolished. But, I think that there was not an earthquake who's score was 12. The Richter Scale is the scale that most of the people use, and it is measured from -5 to 9. But, something is a little bit complicated. If an earthquake scores 1, and another one scores 2, the one with the 2 is 10 times stronger than the 1. The Moment Magnitude Scale only measures the moment's strength, so this is not a really good scale to use. I think I should recommend this book because it makes you know something new (if it is new for you) and it is very funny. I really like this informative book, and please read this, please!
