Food (Part 1)

I really like eating food. Food gives us nutrients that are necessary for us. In Part 1, I will talk about unhealthy food. There are many types of unhealthy food. Firstly, the fruit juices are really, really bad for you. It is just sugar water. It contains a feeble amount of Vitamin C, but it contains lumps and chunks of sugar. However, there are healthy juices as well(such as pomegranate juice or blueberry juice), but most of these juices are unhealthy. The second unhealthy food is margarine. Margarine is used to look, smell, and taste like butter, but it is full of fat and artificial ingredients. Doctors recommend real butter, especially from grass-fed cows. Next is French fries and potato chips. Potatoes by its own can be healthy for you. However, THESE type of potatoes are full of calories, so if you eat too much, you'll end up being obese. Finally, we have low-fat yoghurt. You might scream at me because even I know that yoghurt is healthy. So what is unhealthy about it? LOW-FAT means less fat in the yoghurt, but it contains a lot of sugar to make the taste good. See you later in part 2! Bye!!
