Hello again! This time, I will talk about healthy food, because if I tell you what NOT to eat, you still wouldn't know what you SHOULD eat. First, we have eggs. You might think that eggs are high in cholesterol so it wouldn't be healthy, but actually, new studies that I've researched says it is healthy to eat eggs. Second, we have chicken breasts. We all know that chicken breasts are good to eat if you're on a diet because it is very low in calories. But not just that, these things contain a lot of protein! Fewer calories, but more protein! That sounds really good! Now, this food, you may not like it. It is the ASPARAGUS!! The asparagus is low in carbohydrates and calories. It also contains a huge pack of Vitamin K!
Fun Fact: Vitamin K can protect from heart disease, so you should consume it!
Broccoli and cauliflowers are very similar to each other. They look the same, they feel the same, they taste the same(I must tell you, both of these veggies are complete YUCK!), and so on.
