Geronimo Stilton #13

Hi guys!!! I'm Chaewon!! Yesterday, on February 25th, I read a book about Geronimo Stilton's adventure. It was about { The Phantom of the Subway }. As most of you guys will know, the characters in this story are all mouses. The main character, Geronimo Stilton, run a news paper with his sister Thea Stilton. They are always up to adventures to find a spectacular news topic for the newspaper. I believe that other people would do the same to get their story, too. The newspaper that Stilton runs is called " The Rodent's Gazette". It is the most popular newspaper here on the Mouse Island. Their strongest enemy is " The Daily Rat", which is ran by Geronimo Stilton's number ONE enemy, Sally Ratmousen. They are always on competition to get the best stories.

On a normal week, strange and spooky things began to happen in the subways. On Monday, rodents reported smelling Cat pee- pee at the Cheese Rind Subway station. On Tuesday, someone found strange CAT like scratches at the Scurryhill station. On Wednesday, huge CAT prints were found at the Nibble Drive station. On Thursday, horrified passengers spotted a CAT's shadow at the Curlyfur Court station. On Friday, an awful CAT's meowing was heard at the Singing Stone Plaza station. The reason mouses are scared is because cats eat mice. Cats are horror to them, and monsters are horror to us.

Scientists went research and concluded that it is a ginormous cat. It might even be a cat ghost!!! Of course, the two newspaper runners went on competition to get the story first, again. Geronimo, Thea, Trap, and Pinky went to the subway station to get more information on the news. By the way, Trap is Geronimo Stilton's cousin. And Pinky is a teenager who works at " The Rodent's Gazette". She is Geronimo's assistant editor. The four of them went into the subway station using a drain, since all the subway entrances have been closed by the police.

At last, the four mouses found out that the culprit was GERONIMO STILTON'S FRIEND!!! He was a professor and he invented many things. He even came up with the idea to build a subway station here. The professor invented the cat machine so that no one would find out about his secret lab. He moved his lab to different places many times. So he decided to move his lab to a different place again.
