Holes

Hi guys! I am yoochan and I read this book called holes. It is about a kid, who gets sent to 'camp greenlake', a camp for bad boys. However, Standly is inoccent. He blames his no-good-dirty-rotten-pig-stealing-great-great-great grandfather. At camp, the boys have to dig a hole, 5 feet deep and 5 feet wide.Anyway, Standly makes friends at camp, including x-ray, zigzag, armpit and squid. Standly also makes friends with hecter zeroni, and teaches him how to read. Standly finds kate barlow's lipstick container One day, the warden, the camp director, accuses zero of digging part of Standly's hole. Hecter runs away, and so does Standly. They both find refuge on god's thumb, where standly's great great grandfather had gone after kate barlow had robbed him in the middle of the desert. Then, Standly digs a hole at the place he had found kate barlow's lipstick container, and finds gold. This book made me imagine things and was quite misterious. However, like most books I like to read, it had humor, excitment, and mystery.
