PYEONGCHANG!

A few weeks ago, I and my family watched the Pyeongchang Olympics. We watched sports like curling, skating, and skiing. When I watched the opening ceremony, I thought that these games were going to be fun. Actually, they turned out to be fun. When Korea got the first gold medal, I was very proud of Korea and felt joy. But a few days later, Korea got a silver medal but was disqualified by a 'little touch'. Seriously, it was like nothing. Maybe some people could not even feel it! And then, Korea has earned several medals and got up to 10th place. That was really good because that was a pretty good score for Korea. I liked skiing and curling the most because the athletes tried so hard to get the medals for that sport. I was really impressed when we got a silver medal on curling. 2nd place in the world! Not too shabby! "Young Mi! Young Mi! Get it!" It was very funny when the curlers shouted "Young Mi" every time they played a match. I think Korea ended up in 9th place, which is a good thing to me. I hope that Korea will do better in the 2022 Beijing Winter Oly's.
