Hello everyone, my name is Daisy and I wrote this because I wanted to introduce you guys about this book called “The Twits”, that I read recently. I actually really liked this author, Roald Dahl, from when I first read his books, and I would also like to briefly announce my personal thoughts about him and his books.
To begin, I will summarize this book. MR. and MRS. Twit are the SMELLIEST, NASTIEST, UGLIEST people IN THE WORLD. They hate everything- except playing mean jokes on each other, catching innocent birds to put in their birds pies, and making their cadged monkeys, the MUGGLE-WUMPS, stand on their heads all day. BUT the MUGGLE-WUMPS had enough. THEY DON'T JUST WANT OUT, THEY WANTED REVENGE. After all, at the end of fighting themselves; from petty fights to huge revenges, they got taught a moral from the MUGGLE-WUMPS.
I really like this author and his books- or his style of writing, because there are always bouncy(?) parts in his stories and books. Furthermore on that point-, I also think his funny way of word usage is special, and I really like it. I like it because it prevents me from getting bored, whenever I read Roald Dahl’s stories. There are many other points that make Roald’s books special, and famous.
