Stress. Nowadays, we meet it a lot. But what can we do to let it go away? According to a highly trusted website, more than half of the country suffers from stress. So what is stress, anyway? Stress is the emotion that you feel when you become angry or annoyed with someone or something. It also comes when you can’t do something that you want to do, or when you are angry at yourself.
I believe that the best way to let stress go away is to do fun hobbies such as sports or listening to music. That way, you can forget about stress and have fun. Also, doing something that you like makes you loosen your anger. However, do not do something that you cannot do well or can’t do. It is because if you can’t do something, you become angry either at yourself, or at the activity that you cannot do very well.
So, try something that you like, and are good at. For example, sports. I kind of like doing sports when I’m in stress mood myself, and I believe that it is the best way. Sports come in various ways. That way, you can have various choices, and the possibility that you can find something that you like and is good at rises. Additionally, sports cause a very big impact on you. That is because sports use up your energy really quick, and that of course, causes a very big impact on you. Moroever, it makes you tired, which is also a good way to forget about stress. Another benefit that sports cause, it is that it can be very enjoyable and fun. According to a study preformed in USA, sports have a very high possibility that it can make your body free of stress, and very happy.
The reason why making stress go away is important, is because unlike anger, it keeps on staying. And the longer it stays, the more it gets worse. It also makes your emotional part of the brain take over, which is harmful in many ways. Firstly, it is very dangerous. It is because if your emotional part of the brain takes control of your body, you cannot think clearly. Your anger and your stress overwhelms you.This is very dangerous. For example, if you are in a car, driving, and if stress overwhelms you, there is a very high possibility that you are going to have a car accident, or that you are going to get hurt. Secondly, you cannot concentrate very well on your work. Like I have mentioned above, when the emotional part of the brain takes control of your body, stress and anger overwhelms you. Obviously, you cannot concentrate very well on your work! This is very bad. Lets say that a government official gets overwhelmed by stress. He might become very angry, and might press random buttons, maybe one that launches a missile. Okay, maybe that was a little extreme. However, stuff like this can happen if you are overwhelmed by a lot of stress and anger. Therefore, I believe that stress is very dangerous, and the best way to let it go is sports.
