Technology, it has developed fast for the last few years. There was the time where airplanes were a big fuss, and here we are 2018, with almost all of the people using smartphones as an essential item. So, I will today tell you about an object that you may be having right now... an object that you can see very often. What is it?! It's smartphones. This invention goes around with people almost all the time. However, I think that some people just think that smartphones are very old. However, that is totally wrong. Do you want to know how old smartphones are? They aren't even 50! They first met the world's light at about 1992 but it wasn't that popular then. Then, as time passed, it's popularity accelerated. New smartphones are coming out even now.
Now, I will talk about addiction. These days, almost everyone has smartphones, even children. By thinking their kids can handle it, most parents these days buy smartphones to their children when they are too young, like at first or second grade. Why, I got my first phone (a folder, just a folder) when I just turned into 12-years-old! Children who don't have smartphones usually use their parent's. These situations worry me because of addiction. (It isn't really for me to worry about, because I have to worry about myself first;) Grownups can get addicted too so there are much higher chances that children will be addicted, usually by the apps that the play store (an app that you can get apps) shows, mostly games, and they can not focus on their work.
On the other hand, there are lot's of advantages of smartphones too. You can always keep in contact with your friends, the internet, and you can learn subjects more quickly thanks for the fast internet.
