Tut Tut

Hi. I am Maureen. I read a book called Tut Tut. It’s from the TIME WRAP TRIO series. It’s about Joe, Sam and Fred, and Anna going to ancient Egypt. It was because of a magical book that makes you go to places such as ancient Egypt. To go back to their own time, they have to find the magical book.

Luckily, Joe, Sam, and Fred did this before, even though they didn’t figure out how to use the book. But the problem was that Anna, Joe’s little sister never did the time traveling with the magic book before. And their cat, Cleo, was there too. But there was a even bigger problem. When they time traveled to a Egypt pharaoh’s tomb, Anna and Cleo weren’t there! There was Hatsnat, who is an evil priest, instead. Joe was able to trick Hatsnat that they were actually magicians by doing magic, even though most people these days would call it science instead of magic. Hatsnat still wasn’t on their side, but they became friends with one of the pharaohs. Then, they went back to the palace. They met Anna and Cleo there, and the other pharaoh was on their side now. The only thing they needed now was their magic book. But, Anna was kidnapped by Hatsnat. When they found Anna, Hatsnat was there and he made them all into mummies. But, they prayed to Isis, a god of Egypt, and Cleo, who wasn’t mummified, found the magic book and opened it. So, they went back to Joe’s room.

I think that this book was better than the other TIME WARP TRIO book I read even though it was not the best book ever.
