I like the food, “TTeokbokki” I think Mr. Patrick’s gonna call it “spicy rice cake soup”, but it’s yummy😋!
There was Rosé tteokbokki and rice paper tteokbokki which the majority of people like. And today, after crazy Korean class, (a.k.a. rowdy class with Jua&Sua and super loud classmates) I decided to make rice-paper tteokbokki with my dad!
Today I will tell you about the (basic) processes of making it (Rice paper tteokbokki) and pictures about it! First, I will tell you that I am writing with my I-pad and grammar,y doesn’t work here.
First, you need rice paper. When you have rice paper, prepare hot water in a bowl. Then, you can put the rice paper in the (hot) water. Then, it will get very floppy and without balance. So I recommend using 2 or 3 rice papers at a time. Now, you can roll it like a Gim-Bap is rolled. Then, when it is rolled, it looks like this:
Then, you should cut it into 3 pieces to eat it comfortably. If you cut it, it looks like this:
Now, all you need to do is make the sauce for it, which is actually the hardest part of making this. My mom just used some sauce of another tteokbokki thing, but I have no idea how to actually make it. Anyways, if you cook it in with fish cake 🍥 <- this thing
My sister likes ramen, so she put in ramen. But I actually HATE it because it’s so salty.
Aaaaaaaanyways, you should put in onions and welsh onions(I didn’t know what it was in English and it is pa)
Then, put the rice paper “rice cake” in the frying pan at last!!! Then, cook it for 1 or 2 minutes and tada!!
Look at this, I did everything except for cooking it :
Now, do you think it will be delicious? At first, my dad and mom thought it wouldn’t be yummy at ALL, but it was actually delicious!!!
Then, bye! Have a great day!! P.S I am going to have a Very very berry berry good day! Now, Bye!!
Wow, did you make it before we met or the day before?
