Baking Muffins

Today me and my mom made muffins!

I had made muffins before, and that was the first time. My parents freak out when I’m near the fire, so there aren’t many things that I can make. But muffins are one of those that doesn’t have to be used by grilling and fire. Of course, you have to put it in the oven, but that’s mom’s job.

We saw a recipe in the internet, and it was very simple:

1. Butter 100g

2. Sugar 140g

3. Sour cream 200g

4. Flour 200g

5. Two eggs

6. Baking powder 10g

Like this, the recipe was very simple. For the general recipe, I’m just writing it right now by memorizing(NOT the numbers)! And then(this is what my mom does) bake it in the oven by 175℃, and done! Anyways, I baked it today(today is Saturday when I’m writing)! I had no picture from the last muffin, so I will post my new muffin that I made about 10 minute ago. There’s the picture below!

I was very happy when I knew that it went well, because I thought it would fail. It was because the dough had these weird orange dots! I later found out that it was a little bit of naturally cooked egg(?) made because something was too hot. But anyways, it did not fail! I’m going to eat the muffins at tomorrow breakfast🤗😏😊~
