The question I wanted to know from last year project was "Is running with shoes really better than running with bare feet?". The reason why I wanted to calculate the answer from this question because whenever I ran, the speed was always random , so I wanted to know what had affected it.

Well, When I first started researching before I make my hypothesis, I made a guess that wearing shoes will be better because I had heard that running

shoe has spring and blah so it blah blah. And like my guess, there was many research that recommends shoes than bare feet. It said running shoes can cease the force from the ground by providing the interface between feet and the ground, and make you stay more active. However there were also researches that astounded me. It had said it is exposed to the danger so there can be injuries to the limbs, but also it can reduce the center of gravity and make the runner feel more eager. Also I had researched that the best surface to run is asphalt and running tracks, the best running shoe brand ( It's Nike, Adidas, and etc. I'm so nice so I'm telling ya. XD) and other weird things.

By this deadly research, my hypothesis was that Wearing shoes will be better, because I had saw many research suggest shoes and the spring blah cushion blah gravity blah sounded more logical and had more impact. Now I had to prepare a running shoe, sneaker, slipper, boot and a place that I can run with bare feet safely so my feet doesn't become bloody. :)
