Class President (little bit boring)

honghongleo10

Well, yeah. You see in the title: I’m a class president in school. (I’m not showing off here)

So, I’m going to talk about why the class president has some disadvantages.

First, we would get less compliments. Obviously, the class president has to volunteer a lot of effort. We have to close the door, put out trash, or you know, things that we have to do for the class. But, that’s the basic thing that the class president has to do! For example, it may be different from other schools, but one day, I was stepping trash into the trashcan because it was so full. The teacher didn’t realize who I was and when she started to compliment my actions, she realized who I was (class president) and stopped saying the compliments. So, I’d get less compliments. ToT

Secondly, and lastly, we have to lead the class meeting. The class meeting is a.k.a. hak-keub-hwe-ee. So, you know the class president say things like

“Now, we’ll start the second class meeting. So, this meeting’s topic is blah blah blah. Then, does anyone have any opinions about it? If not, we will go to the final topic…..Please raise your hands in the air. I’ll count the numbers and conclude if we are agreeing or disagreeing blah blah blah…”

I don’t really like to do those things. I mean, class meetings aren't prepared. Which means, I’m not prepared for what I’m going to say.

So, well it’s good to be a class president, but also it has some disadvantages.
