Today's subject of the post: Golf(simple)
As I spoiled in the last post, I went to golf on April 21th(yesterday) with my dad, brother, and grandfather. My mom stayed(even though she knows golf) because the max was four people. Well, at least I think like that.
We went to Pristine Valley Golf Course. It is a regular course, and it allows people from the age 12.(And I'm 12 now) Our starting time was 7:30 A.M, but we arrived there at 7:00, so we practiced putter before the starting time. I woke up at 5:00, so I was ve----ry sleepy but I couldn't mess up my game. So I practiced until the golf cart and the caddie came. It was my third time in a regular course, so I was kinda nervous. I learned golf for 4 to 5 years, but I was too young, so I couldn't go out in regular courses a lot. However, I grew. I am a 5th grader, not a 1st grader, and I can hit the ball further. So, anyways, I was allowed to go there.
The first hole(course)- I messed up with the driver(the club used to hit the ball far, used in the first shot). The tee was kinda high, so I hit the bottom part of the tee, so it actually just flew high and went to the right side. I thought that I lost the ball, but it was near the road. However, it was too hard to hit there, so I used a mulligan(hitting again). I hit and hit the ball until the 9th hole. I ate tteokbokki(I just knew the English word) and started the other 9th hole. I hit and hit…
And it finished! I finished the full course with a score of 109. My brother finished with 108(that was close!!!). Dad won, grandfather was second, and I was last. I couldn’t believe that I lost to my brother with just one point. My brother hits really long even though he is 14 years old. He sometimes hits 200 meters with the driver, and my best is like… 120-130 meters. So it was more hard to believe, but the truth is the truth.(happy)
Anyways, I recommend you guys try golf too. Then, I will come back next week😎
