Currently, Covid 19 is very serious in society. There are many side effects caused by Covid 19 too. But out of all, people choose that pollution is the most serious side effect.
Even with no Covid, Earth is very polluted these days. But when Covid started, people began to use plastic and not reusable objects. People began to take out the food and deliver food and eat it at their home. By that, people began to use many plastic forks and knives.
Also, a disposable mask is harmful to the environment. Our mask is made with plastic (PP) which is the same ingredient that is used to make plastic bottle caps and not reusable boxes. Usually, these types of objects can be recycled but because if people use this reused plastic they can get infected so people can’t recycle it. If people just leave it in the trash dumping area, it takes about 400~450 years to rot, and the workers can’t even fire it because harmful chemicals come out and pollute Earth’s air.
This time that Earth is suffering from Covid 19, people need to also think about Earth’s pollution problems to live on the earth for a long time without moving. So, people need to make a solution faster. Or else, Earth will die.
