This is a real story that happened a few years ago on a family trip. If you have seen my latest blog post, you must know that I think well about Vietnam. When I was ten, I visited Nha Trang with my parents. Nha Trang was a great place. As you know Nha Trang is exceptionally famous for its rice noodles (more information in last blog post).
I highly enjoyed eating the delicious meal with a drink or two; the rice noodle was a food me and my family liked best on Vietnam trips. The place that we were staying at was brilliant. It didn’t even look like those stony, tall hotels that reminded you of large factories. It was a small cottage-like cabin, where I could go to the beach and the natural ocean for a swim whenever I liked. Back then, I enjoyed lying down on large chairs at the beach, drinking my sundae, playing in the warm sandpit and swimming in the blue, blue sea. I especially loved swimming. I got a soothing feeling whenever I went into the water with my flamingo tube.
The downside in this trip, however, was that I got stuck in the bathroom. I didn’t know how to open the complicated lock in the bathroom door. Eventually I had to crawl out in-between a little gap in the doorway, because I had come alone to the bathroom and there was no one to rescue me but myself. If I hadn’t no one would have known I had been stuck in the lousy bathroom with an extremely complicated lock. So, don’t think this story was funny and this is a warning: If you ever have a chance to go to Vietnam, don’t ever, ever go the bathroom by yourself!

I got stuck in a bathroom but I did come out eventually.
