Assanation

This is when Social Studies start getting interesting. Starting from the 을미사변 (sorry for the Korean). Murder! I mean, wars were there before but they were just like "2000,00 people died." the end. SO boring. It doesn't interest me. But I love it when the textbook tells when, who, why, who murdered who. It's so much more interesting.

We watched a movie in school called "assassination". It was so good. It was during the time when Japan ruled over Korea. The main character is the girl in the middle, she's really good at shooting guns. The guy on her right is a guy who works for Japan who pretends to work for Korea (he looks like the squid game guy). On the left, there's the bad guy who betrayed the bad guys (lol).

Ironically, the guy on the right sends the girl and two other guys to murder a Japanese officer.

This trio.

And then on the day of the murder, he calls the Japanese police to warn them. Such a traitor. The plan messed up and they couldn't kill their target. And the guy who's closest to the right dies, by the way. The really fun part is that the main character, who is the girl, has a twin. They are completely identical. She didn't know, but they see each other in a department store. But since one's an outlaw and the other is a Japanese officer (who's important)'s daughter, some kind of mix-up happens when the main character's twin comes to visit her twin sister. Their father ends up shooting, with his own hands, the daughter that he raised instead of the outlaw.

So, the outlaw comes to her twin(dead)'s house, which is really rich, and apparently, her twin was getting married. And the husband is the guy that she planned to murder. And other people are going to be there at the wedding that she wants to murder. I'm not going to spoil it any further.

At the wedding, (see the previous picture), the guy on the left comes with a 기관총 and then plans like, everyone's murder there. He began shooting and Japanese police asked for backup. "How many people are there?" and they said "1 person with a machine gun". And they sent like 30 people (lol).

I liked this movie because it was realistic. Everyone, like every single one of the main character's friends die. That's true. No revieing. Just heroic Death. Every single one of them are gone. That's sad, I mean really, but that's just life, right? I really hope that you watch it it's really fun.
