Ok, so here is the thing. I really like Spiderman movies, and was planning to watch the movie with my friend in the theaters, but the covid stuff scared our parents and the plan was cancelled :( I was really depressed, and today, I saw Jake’s post about Spiderman no way home after he watched the movie. (lucky him) That has inspired me to write about some fan theory I have for no way home.
Well, since I haven't watched it yet, and I am not googling a whole lot so that I will be surprised when I watch it later (whenever that date will be), so if any of you watched this movie, please leave a comment on my blog post to tell how right or wrong I am.
Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield, the two former Spiderman actors in separate movie series have constantly denied their appearance on no way home along with Tom Holland, the actor playing Spiderman in no way home. However, if you search up in google ‘Spiderman no way home actors', Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield are included! (Even in Wikipedia!) So my guess is that Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire are included in this movie, and since this movie is about multiverse stuff (at least the trailer says so), I believe that Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield will appear as Peter Parker/Spiderman from different multiverses. That is my first theory.
My second theory is that Vulture is coming back. He has been kind enough to keep Peter’s identity as Spiderman a secret in prison in the movie Homecoming, but now, his identity is known by everyone anyways. All bets are off. Even if the Vulture doesn't appear in this Spiderman movie, I do believe that he will show up in some other Spiderman movie in the future. Vulture stands out from the rest of the villains. Rather than to destroy the universe or pursue power and money, Vulture’s reason to become a villain was solely to support his wife and daughter, which makes Vulture a not way too evil guy. If you think about it, Spiderman did save Vulture in the end of Homecoming, so it is my theory that Vulture will instead protect Spiderman from the other villains in one dramatic scene.
