Once upon a time, animals lived in tribes of their type of animal. And every year, there was a festival made by a god who created the world. The festival held many competitions. For this year, it was designing God’s bedroom in the magnificent palace. They also had to give a speech about it and why it would suit him.
As all the animal tribes heard the information, they got to work. The festival would take place 1 week later, so they needed to hurry.
For example, the cats, who had an extremely good sense of balance wanted to make the room very straight and balanced. Chickens, who laid eggs and loved their chicks very much, sketched the room with round, blunt furniture and had the color of the wall yellow. And the cows made the walls black and white, and put a machine they made. The machine that makes milk.
But the dogs had a special idea. If the room was too flashy, it would be uncomfortable, and hard to rest. So, the dogs decided to make a cozy room. They put on a soft cushion and added some nice soothing aromatic perfumes. There was also a poster named “God rocks!” with vibrant colors. The bed was gold, and the mattress was the best they could ever find. They also made a speech that they thought would please him. The dogs used phrases such as “Your majesty, your imperial highness, O’ commander.”
And finally, it was the day of the festival. All the tribes gave their speeches and concept for the room. It was now the dogs’ turn. They gave their speech and showed their concept as they prepared. During their speech, the god was nodding and had a satisfied look.
After a few minutes of the speech, the god claimed the winner was the dog tribe and said that he would give them a cozy home and enough good food for them. The dogs shook their heads and ran around for a bit. That was how they expressed happiness. But the god seemed to not like that act. So he said that he would take the prize away. Depressed of the thought, the dog tribe went home. But one dog talked to God privately so that they could get the prize but shake another part of their body when they got happy. His eyes were so poor-looking, so God said okay. He said they would shake their tails from now on, and made the spell.
After that, the dog ran to his home and told his other companions, and they agreed. They needed to have that prize, and shaking their head made them quite dizzy too. And that is why dogs shake their tails whenever they are happy.
Thx^^
