Yea. Believe it or not i am playing golf. Yes, i love it. This is wonderful and I am so glad i made this choice. But, this isn't the truth. You see, my parents are all about golf. They play golf every 2 weeks and guess what, they finally convinced me play it(cough, no, typical mom pressure, cough, but please do not think that my parents are evil, no they are very kind and also makes me wear hats on vacation). Anyway, we were going to go to Je-ju this month cuz of summer break(which literally started today, 7/23), but due to covid, the chances are low. But anyway, if we went there, I would have done the typical thing, of lying in bed all afternoon and taking naps and watching TV, with a mango juice(yes, I tried it yesterday; beautiful thing, that mango juic-$@%). But, on that typical vacation, I would have to go to a golf rounding with my parents and grandma(yes, she plays golf too). Fascinating, on a hot, summer day. So, I have to go to my golf lesson place at least 2 times a week which really puts a pressure on my HW schedule. But the teacher is nice, and I guess he teaches well. But the thing about golf is posture. You have to sort of bend these knees, stretch your left arm at all times, back all squired, shoulders flat, and focus on your grip(like, you have to press these fingers and thingerybob, shackamooloolala, stuff, and my teacher has to constantly remind me to do these things ugh ouch blisters on fingers very much ouch). I kind of know now how to use a Iron 7, at least it's going straight and goes above 60 meters. But the thing that frustrates me most is the compliments. I mean, I know my grandma is trying to encourage me and all, but when I use the driver and go 120 meters, she acts like I won a championship or something. I appreciate that, but sometimes she goes a little overboard. Anyways, I kind of like golf now, and I am a little, LITTLE disapointed that we might not be able to go to Je-ju, which, is kind of the reason why I am doing golf right now. But I like the driver especially, because when I hit it, that sound man. So satisfying. So basic conclusion: First I didn't like it. Now, I kind of like it.
p.s. heads up, I am at my grandma's second "to-be-retired-wooden-but-upgraded version-of-her-house", which took like 4 hours. Bad news, the chair is lower than mine back home. Good news, it's a swivel chair.
