Lots of fantasy series have catchphrases. In Land of Stories, Conner mentioned how hard it was to come up with an original catchphrase for his short stories. A catchphrase from Galaxy Queen was may the cosmos smile upon you. I will explain several of them in this post.
Wings of Fire
In Pyrrhia and Pantala, there are three moons. Three moons is a commmon phrase that usually indicates surprise or exasperation. Other phrases include Talons and teeth, Talons and tails, smoke-breather, Moons blasted, or Pain in the tail. Some colorful curses, frequently used by Thorn, include Frog faced blobs of camel spit, Snails for brains, camel farts, and Moons blasted crocodile spawn. Darkstalker also used a phrase called Moonfire and star vomit when Kinkajou blasted him with venom. In Pantala, phrases like By the book, By the hive, What in the hive are used.
Harry Potter
Lots of people in the wizarding world use curses like Merlin's beard, or Merlin's pants. Hagrid uses Gallopin Gargoyles, instead of using Merlin. Malfoy enjoys calling MUggle borns Mudbloods, which causes Ron to make himself barf slugs. Once, when Malfoy was being very nasty, Hermione called him a foul, loathsome, evil little cockroach.
Warriors
Frequently used phrases are mouse brain, frog brain, stupid furball, and bee brain.
They also use Star Clan, such as Thank StarClan, For StarClan's sake, and so on. Some harsher curses are mouse dung or fox dung. Others include fish face, which is usually used to describe RiverClan cats.
