Hi everyone! Today I'm going to tell you about a movie that almost all of you probably would have watched at least once. It is Frozen 2!!! This is the sequel to Frozen, the movie that was a big hit years ago.
So this is basically about the natives(?) living in the enchanted forest and the people of Arendelle. The story starts with Elsa's father telling young Elsa and Anna a story when he was young. When Elsa's grandfather King Runard ruled, they knew about the natives. Therefore, they made a dam to supply all of them with water. As far as everyone knew, this was an act of peace. However, when the prince (now Elsa's father) wasn't paying attention, a fight began, and king Runard died. The spirits of the enchanted forest were unhappy, so they decided to wrap the forest with fog and attack often. The story of the past ends by Elsa's mother singing a song for them. Boom. They go back to the future. Elsa is standing in the balcony of the castle when she hears a mysterious voice singing. However, no one seems to hear that but her. In the night, she wakes up hearing it again and goes to the lake that she first escaped in Frozen, and uses her powers accidently to wake up the spirits from the Enchanted Forest. The kingdom of Arendelle is ruined by the spirit's sudden attack. Elsa, Christoph, Anna, Olaf, and Sven goes to the forest to save Arendelle. Then, they meet the people of the past who are trapped in the forest. Elsa discovers the spirit of fire was nothing more than a lizard. She knows that she could tame the others too and leaves with Anna and Olaf. Meanwhile, Christoph, who was waiting to propose to Anna, is very sad that Anna left without him and sings a mushy love song. Elsa and Anna finds their parent's wrecked boat and the memory of their parent's death. Elsa blames herself for her parent's death, and says that she will find Atohalen, the river of memories. She pretends to hug Anna and Olaf, and creates a ice boat and pushes them away. They get sucked into a cave and decides to find Elsa. Now, Elsa is using her powers to cross the dark sea and meets the spirit of water. First, she thinks that the spirit of water is a bad guy, but it was actually a nice horse. She arrives to Atohalen, and she discovers that along with Fire, Earth, Water, and Wind, she is the fifth spirit; ice. Then she sings a energetic song and her clothes change again. She also uncovers the secret that king Runard had given the dam for the trick, and it was actually a plan to make the natives weak, and he first attacked. She freezes to ice after learning this point, and Olaf melts, which makes Anna think that Elsa died. (sob) She sings a sad song and understands that her sister wants her to break the dam and destroy Arendelle to repay the past mistakes. She angers the rock giants and breaks the dam. However, Elsa stands in front of the wave that comes to Arendelle and blocks it with an icy blast and destroys it. Anna is literally spilling buckets of tears after she sees Elsa and she is crowned as the new queen of Arendelle, because her sister said that she belongs in the enchanted forest with the other spirits. Then, Christoph proposes to Anna and she accepts it. The movie ends with Elsa going for a ride to Atohalen with the water spirit. Hmm. I've never wrote a blog post that was this long. I'm so proud of myself!! If you didn't watch this movie, watch it ASAP. It is fantastic. Goodbye and see you at friday!!!
