OCTOBER 31st, what is the first thing that comes to your mind? Unless you are a Korean grandma or something, the normal answer should be HALLOWEEN!! Halloween is actually the best holiday ever, and not even Christmas can beat it.
<THE REASON WHY>
Let's do some comparing. Halloween gets a lot of candy. Christmas only gets you a couple candy canes. You get to scare people during Halloween. You never want to scare Santa Claus away which means no scaring stuff on Christmas. YOU can be anything you want for Halloween. For Christmas, you have to be stuck in a little reindeer costume like Rudolph or SANTA.
(NOw that I think about it maybe xmas is better but for the purpose of this blog we're gonna pretend that Halloween is better)
Anyways, you can go trick-or-treating! My Halloween in Canada was by far the best one in my life because some houses even had Halloweeny roller coasters, but we still do have a mini trick or treating. So basically there are 5 moms who started this mini trick-or-treat a couple years ago and now every year two apartments are so Halloween. They have decorations on the stairs all the way up to the roof place, and the elevators are like all spidery, so we just knock on all the doors and say trick-or-treat and get a lot of candy. THE STAIRS ARE LITERALLY BEYOND IMAGINATION.
As you guys might expect, I wore my little mummy costume, and it was kind of a BAD IDEA. Kind of almost every single kid in our neighborhood comes, so there was a whole bunch of penguin-walking-tiny-kids. Consequently, they got so scared by my face and ended up crying all over the place. STill, I didn't care at all because the whole purpose of Halloween is scaring people.
