It's no lie that the climate change is a big issue in the world. Climate change has effected the earth starting from the mid 19th century. Carbon dioxide levels in the atmosphere have gradually increased over the years, until in the 20th century, it finally became a problem. More and more Co2 levels in the atmosphere caused the climate to literally change. To more precipitation to shrinking ice sheets to much hotter weather. This clearly states that preventing climate change is a ginormous problem that should be prevented. Which is why today's blog post is about the biggest Youtube project ever, #Teamtrees.
Because of the rising threat of climate change, extreme Youtube challenger, MrBeast has teamed up with former NASA scientist, Mark Rober, to set a goal to plant 20 million trees by 2020. They have also teamed up with the biggest non-profit tree planting organization in the world, Arbor Day. With the help of Arbor Day, donating one dollar will mean planting one tree. Thus, donating 10 thousand dollars will mean planting 10 thousand trees. Thousands of people have contributed to this important cause to prevent climate change. Celebrities such as Elon Musk, Alan Walker, Pewdiepie, etc.
So even if you can't donate money, there are other ways to prevent climate change. For instance, recycling properly, using less transportation that produces carbon dioxide, and if you see a rare plant seed, try planting it, because we only have one Earth, and it's our job to save it.
