ASMR stands for Automonous sensory meridian response. People use ASMR to sleep, relax, or concentrate, Then, what sounds are used for ASMR? Sounds of nature(such as raindrops, birds sound), crowed people can be sort of asmr, but people make much more sound then that. Lots of youtubers use asmr, and they also use lots of kinds of mike, too. They use mikes such as 3 dio mikes(picture), or just two, black mikes, or sometimes zoom mikes. People use these mikes to make the best sounds they can make. People buy them even though they are very, very expensive. Youtubers sometimes use eating sounds such as eating cruncy chicken or gooey aloe for thier videos. Also, they record ear tapping sounds or massaging it. They sometimes do unique roleplays or makeup sounds, too. As a ASMR lover, II like the ear tapping sound the most. But if you hear ASMR too often, you might not hear the tingly sounds well, or your ear can be damaged by the earphones. So, I recommend you to listen ASMR not over 4 times a week.
