Today, I am going to explain you about Billie EiIlsh's songs, especially "All the good girls go to hell" and "I wish you were gay". I though Billie EilIsh were a crazy, rude, wearing over-fit clothes kind of singer that was weird. However, actually her songs are really meaningful and good!
First, I'll explain the music video of "All the good girls go to hell". At the first scene, there are some shots going in Billie's back. And then, there are wings. Woo hoo, she became an angel. And then, in the next scene, Billie the angel falls from the sky. She was Lucifer. Lucifer is an angel that had to get out of the heaven because she challenged in the god's authority and became a devil. I will explain later how Billie challenged the god. In the first sentence of this song, there is "My Lucifer is lonely". This means that usually, we believe that on human's shoulders, there is a devil on one side and an angel on one side to tell us what to do. However, in Billie's shoulders, now their is only a devil, so the Lucifer (devil) is lonely because there is only the devil. So, Billie the Lucifer falls from the sky and crashes into a black, sticky liquid. This liquid comes out in the "When the party's over" music video - That liquid was in a cup, and Billie was in front of it, nervously. And then, she just drinks it. However, and then she cries black -liquid-tears. So, in the "When the party's over" music video, it means the things that makes Billie tired. However, in "All the good girls go to hell" music video, this liquid seems like this is fossil fuel. And then in the next scene, Billie's eyes turns 100% all black. This probably means that now she is 100% controlled by the devil. Also, the next lyrics is "Peter is on vacation". Peter is the god's student. So, the Peter is on vacation - the heaven is open, with no person to control it. And then in the lyrics, there is this sentence - "Hills burn in California". Hills are really burning in California because of global warming, and this is important to Billie because her and her brother spent the teen in California. Also, there is this sentence "And the water starts to rise", and " You know I'm not your friend without some greenery". So, we can know that this song is about global warming. Billie challenged the god by warning him that the world is in danger by global warming. In the lyrics, it says "Man is such a fool, why are we saving him?". Here, man is human kind. So, now that Billie is a devil, she is never going to save human kind from the danger that they have made.
By this song, we can clearly see that Billie EilIsh is a GENIUS and a cool musician that even thinks about the world! Actually, she is really helping the world. She does not use ANY plastic straws, and tries to use reusable bottles!!!!!!!
Second, I'll talk about the song "I wish you were gay". At first, I just couldn't understand this song. However, thi song is actually super sad........ This song is from Billie's experience. When she was a teen, there was is boy that she REALLY REALLY liked. However, that boy didn't even seemed to care about Billie. So, she wanted that boy to be gay, so that the boy and Billie was not meant to be in love. So, that boy is the main character in this song. Billie wrote is song with 12 step. In the lyrics, there are numbers 1~12. In the first part of the song, Billie talks about 1~6, and in the second part of the song, Billie talks about 12~6. 12 step is a step to cure people. So, that is the reason why she used this step. In the lyrics, there is " Our conversation's all in blue. 11 'Heys'". This means - In the phone, the message that yourself wrote turns in blue. So, Billie and that boy's conversation was only "Hey" of Billie. Sad, isn't it? Also, the sentence " I ate alone at 7, you were six minutes away" is actually true! The boy's house was really like 6 minutes away from the place that they were going to meet. However, that boy came after 2hours from the time that they were used to meet!!!!!!!!! So, Billie had to wait and wait and wait. Yeah..... That was the tragic story of Billie and the boy.
Something that is ironic is that after Billie released this song, that boy really announced that he was gay!!!!!!!! WOW. SERIOUSLY???????? CAN'T BELIEVE IT!!!!!
So, like this, Billie Eillish is a genius that writes awesome songs!!!!!
