Delicious Desserts!! >U<

Hello guys, the River came back. :) Today, l will write about 3 yummy and unique desserts that we can enjoy with our mouth AND eyes.

l will start off with the..BEAUTIFUL one! Kohakuto, the Japanese-style sweet, is so pretty that it is called EDIBLE JEWEL.(This is too personal, but when l found the photo of kohakuto, l LOST patience and downloaded all the photos l saw. lol!) This is made with melted sugar, so basically, it is sweet and.....sugary.(Great amount of sugar used!!) This is famous for its beautiful appearance and crunchy, crispy sound. Actually, its inside is kind of soft, so you can think like a caramel candy-crispy outside, soft inside. Imagine a jewel made of sugar, and you chew on it...CRISP!!!

The second dessert is bursting boba, which is famous upon youtubers. Like its name, when you pop this circular, jelly-like marbles into your mouth, it bursts and sweet fruit juice comes out. There are 3 flavors-mango, lychee, and strawberry. If you touch this, even most peple won't since it is a FOOD, but IF you do, it will feel just like that popular frog-egg toy people play with. Actually, bursting boba's nickname is 'frog egg jelly'. (For some who are confused: In Korea, we call this popping boba istead of bursting.) I heard that the lychee flavor is loved by the most people. You can put this in several kinds of drinks and eat, too!

The last one is Tang hu lu, a famous chinese snack. This is a line of sweet fruits on a skewer. If you touch....well, l want you guys NOT to touch this since this is painted with starch syrup, which is soooo sticky. Many people try this because of its nice sound when you chew on it. Youtubers try this to make ASMRs.( Stella's past post tells us what ASMR is :) Crunch Crunch!!! Its surface is very crunchy and sweet, and its inside is sour,sweet,and crispy. There is a famous Tang hu lu selled in Hongdae.
