1. How to throw well

If you catch(or have)the ball, you have to throw the ball in a good position and angle. By holding the ball, you should swing your hand counter-clock wise and throw it forcefully in a direct angle. It can't plummet to the ground, it can't soar high up in the air, it can't go in a weird direction.

*tips! You should trick the other players into thinking that you are throwing in one direction when your actually trowing it in another direction. For example, by turning about two times before you throw a ball, it will confuse the opponent team, so you will be able to hit the other team easily. Also, by throwing to the opponent's little left or right, the opponent will be hit when he will try to catch the ball.

2. How to catch well

If your opponent throws the ball, you should always try to catch it. Catching seems like the hardest part, but it is actually the easiest. All you have to do is when the ball comes toward you, just hug it. Then, your team has a chance to attack the other team.

*tips! Whenever a ball comes to your right or left or over you, do not try to catch it. Just try to catch when your sure you can catch it. Also, do not dodge and be scared when a ball is fast; it is actually a good opportunity for you to catch the ball and save the day.

3. How to dodge well

If an opponent throws a ball to you, just dodge and get out of the way. Then there is no way you'll be hit.
