I mean the exact date!!!!! Due to this article, people started making this into a meme. It started to spread around the world in the Internet, and soon there are people like me writing this post about this meme. As a result, this expression became a meme. It still get used in the expression of a lazy person. It 's not only a meme, it's a expression. You shouldn't forget that the origin of the couch potato meme was a normal expression.
