Hello everyone, this is Nile the river. Today l will talk about dogs, which is a beloved pet of numerous people. However, there are lots of huge problems happening by them, too. On June 21, in Yongin, a fox terrier attacked a 3 year old girl and dragged her until she tumbled down. Also, it had already committed a similar crime. It had bit a 11 year old boy, too.(OH NO!!!!)Well, but l don't think this is only the problem of the dog. The recognition of people on dogs should change, too.
First, dogs should be treated as one living and be cared. They all feel the same as us human, so they should be as so. We would feel frightened if someone else hits or touches us, which would be exactly same to the dogs, too.They should be respected by us,and people learning that will be very important.
The knowing of the owner and the government will be very important, too. In Germany, for instance, when there is a report about a dog which is offensive, the workers of the government visit that place that instant and check its aggression.Then, they advice the pet owner whether or not to put on the mouth mask.(Well...the Yongin owner did not put on the mouth mask on the dog even she was told too. The owner of the dog recognizing this is very important, too.
Like this, to live together with dogs safely, the acknowledgement of the owner, government, and people around them will certainly be required.
